The Willamette Chapter is currently preparing for the next ski season by participating in volunteer projects, maintaining trails and sharing updates.

  • Ski School and group outings are expected to resume in January 2026, when the snow returns.
  • Volunteer opportunities like wood stocking at shelters and trail maintenance projects are announced throughout the year.

    Our club’s volunteers and the Salamander crew from Cascade Volunteers did a great job last week stocking firewood in the Maxwell SnoPark shelters.  With generous assistance from Randy Stroud at the Big Lake Youth Camp they split a wood mountain and hauled enough to nearly fill the huge woodshed at Mtn.
